Our view on service, and our experience in the industry, have together resulted in the following 10 certainties. These are what you can expect from us at all times.

Although we value quality, we are still able to offer competitive prices. This is because we source on a European level and because we, as a producer, can deliver directly to consumers.

We supply almost the entire range from stock. As a result, you will have your order within one to two business days. The remaining 5% is due to occasional gaps in our stock. In addition, in the case of roof racks, for example, you should allow for additional assembly time, as with other obsolete items. In both cases, we will contact you so that we can agree on a specific delivery date.
Partners
For small orders we work together with DPD. For larger orders, such as roof racks, we work with the courier company Parts Express, which specializes in Automotive. This assures you of expert delivery, within the agreed delivery time.
All products in our web-shop, are shipped for FREE within the Netherlands and Belgium.
We can assemble all your accessories in our workshop in Veghel (North Brabant). We do this for prices ranging from € 12,50,- to € 75,- per item. Except for the ARB Airlock and ARB Linx. In the shopping cart you can find the price for your desired accessories.
Self assembly
Do you find a trip to Veghel too long or are you reasonably handy? Then do it yourself! Mounting our accessories is really not difficult. For most products it is just a matter of tightening some screws and nuts. To get you started, we supply, with most products, clear assembly instructions..
It is important to us that you can pay in a way that you feel most comfortable with. Therefore, we offer the following payment options:
- iDeal
- Credit card: Visa & Mastercard
- Mister Cash
- Pay by debit or cash when picking up your product in our showroom
- COD (there is a one-time fee of €10 for this)
- Pay by bank transfer
Because we supply only quality products, we can guarantee a two-year warranty. Should one of your products show a defect during those 24 months, we will provide an appropriate solution. This may include sending you new parts, or replacing the entire product.
Within 14 days you can return your products without any questions asked. After all, it may happen that you find the chosen accessory does not quite fit your car after all.
Do keep in mind the following:
- The return cost of an order is at your own expense.
- The accessories should be returned in the best possible condition, i.e. without (new) damages in the original packaging.
- Please let us know if you want to return a product. You can do so using ourreturn form.
Don't hesitate to ask us a question. We know our product range like the back of our hand and we are happy to give you advice. You can be sure that, during a working week, this will be done within 24 hours.

Filing a complaint
We will take any complaint very seriously and we will try to resolve any problems to the best of our ability.
You can file a complaint via
info@vooruwbus.nl. Of course, a phone call is also possible. Complaints also receive a response within 24 hours on weekdays.
We ourselves find it particularly annoying to keep getting offers via email. Nor are we particularly interested in newsletters. That's why we don't send them ourselves! We prefer to spend our time on improving our service.
We announce our new promotions and offers on Facebook and in our online store. We trust that you will come back to us if you want to perfect your car with new accessories.
