Intensity light bar
- Combo – comprising of 24 x 10° Spot Lens/Reflectors and 16 x 20° Flood Lens/Reflectors, this produces a light to assist the driver with both improved long distance and peripheral illumination.
- High-pressure cast aluminium end caps contain a Gore® breather, enabling expansion and contraction of internal air during temperature fluctuations, without allowing water or dust ingress.
- Mounting kits are available to suit three different tube diameters (47.6mm, 60.3mm, 76.1mm) and are designed specifically to fit ARB bull bars. Constructed from extruded aluminium, with stainless steel fasteners, the unique mounts provide a solid clamp between the light and the tube, minimising vibration and movement. A pedestal mounting kit is also available for bull bar pan or roof mounting options.
- Each light is secured with high-strength stainless steel fasteners, providing superior strength no matter what the road conditions. On the tube mounting kits, all fasteners are recessed within the clamp, further increasing security.
Cooling:
The large aluminium extrusion body acts as a heat sink to draw heat generated from the electronics away from the LED array, thus increasing the efficiency and life of the light bar.
Security:
Each light is secured via the mounting kits (Bull Bar and Pedestal) to the vehicle with unique ARB tamper proof security fasteners. On the Tube Mounting Kits, all fasteners are recessed within the body of the mounting clamp (as pictured) further increasing the security.
Advanced Sealing:
A unique moulded rubber seal sits between the polycarbonate lens and extruded aluminium body. Together with a Gore® breather and sealed Deutsch electrical connectors, this creates a watertight and dust proof seal to allow the light to achieve an IP68 rating- meaning protection against dust ingress and submersion up to 3 metres.
Clear Cover:
Manufactured from 3.5mm injection moulded polycarbonate and hard coated for scratch and UV resistance, the single piece clear cover is standard fitment providing the ultimate protection from impacts. Being 100% optically clear, it does not affect light output performance. NOTE: A range of coloured covers are also available as an accessory.
Further Product Features:
- Built from corrosion resistant materials, the aluminium body is finished in a texture polyester powdercoat that passes the ISO7253, 3000 hour salt spray test.
- A new wiring loom has been developed that includes waterproof Deutsch plug for connection to this ARB light bar. Featuring a single lead and suitable for carrying up to 240W, it includes a surface mount switch with LED Indicator, heavy duty 30amp relay, mounting hardware and fitting instructions.
- An extension wiring loom for mounting in further to reach locations (such as Roof Racks) measuring 5m/16ft is also available as an optional extra.
