Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. Vooruwbus does not, on the basis of automated processing, make decisions about matters that (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without the presence of a person (eg an employee of Vooruwbus uses the following computer programs or systems:
- When placing an order, your provided data will be stored here. If you have created an account, you can view and change your data in the shop and check your orders. Removing your account is done by sending us a request at info@vooruwbus.nl.
- Microsoft Windows + Odoo ( Stock management / order - invoicing system ) Your online order is automatically entered into this system on the basis of the data / information provided in the shop.
How long we keep personal data
Vooruwbus keeps your personal data to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods of personal data / purchases:
- All data provided will be stored indefinitely, with a minimum of 7 years due to tax laws.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Vooruwbus only provides third parties and only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation.

To make sure that the request for inspection / removal is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.
